This Privacy Policy explains how Nirvana Garden Singapore (An authorised bereavement services provider for Nirvana Memorial Garden, Singapore) collects, uses, and protects personal information shared through this website. Information we collect

We collect personal information in two ways:

• Callback form. When you request a callback on this site, we collect your name, phone number, preferred callback time, and (optionally) who referred you to us. Submitting the form also records which page you were on and in which language, along with your browser's user agent and IP address. We keep those last few so we can tell a genuine enquiry from automated spam, and so we know which pages families actually find useful.
• WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation (your phone number and whatever you choose to share) is handled through WhatsApp's own messaging platform. We see and respond to what you send us, but the platform itself is operated by WhatsApp/Meta, not by us. See WhatsApp's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.

How we use this information

We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a callback at your preferred time, and (where you've told us who referred you) to credit that referral correctly. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing purposes without asking you first.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages visitors find useful. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and does not follow you across other websites. We chose it over the more common advertising analytics tools for that reason.

This site does not store anything on your device beyond what your browser needs to display a page. We do not run advertising or retargeting scripts.

Where your information is stored

When you submit the callback form, your details are recorded in a private Google Sheet and an alert email is sent to us, so that a request never sits unnoticed. Google therefore processes and stores this information on our behalf, under Google's privacy policy. Only we can open that sheet and that mailbox.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the request as your browser loads each page.

How long we keep your information

We retain the details you submit only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and follow up as agreed. If you'd like us to delete your details sooner, message us and we'll action that request.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone using the details below.
